Todo lo que das se te regresa dicen coloquialmente. Bajo esa idea Seth plantea un tipo de servicio al cliente con tan buena voluntad que sea capaz de "saber perder", recomendando a la competencia cuando ésta sí cubre las necesidades que un cliente no pudo satisfacer con nosotros.
